A Reiki treatment can be empowering and feel like a wonderful energy flowing all around you and through you. When giving Reiki, I treat the whole person – including body, mind, emotions and spirit. The benefits can be remarkable – many have reported results that have been miraculous.
Reiki is a very gentle, hands-on treatment. The recipient remains clothed and lies on a couch or sits on a chair whilst relaxing. I gently place my hands on or near the body in a non-intrusive, respectful way. No massage or manipulation takes place.
Each person’s experience of Reiki will be unique, and is dependant on their needs.
You may or may not feel sensations during a treatment. Deep relaxation is often reported, accompanied by a feeling of peace and wellbeing. The Reiki energy may be experienced as heat, tingling, or the seeing of colours. There can also be an emotional response, helping to shift troublesome emotions, and allowing equilibrium to be restored. As well as this, it can work on a physical level, bringing much sought after relief to troublesome areas.
Reiki is natural and safe. It has been effective in helping in many illnesses. It can work together with other interventions to aid recovery and alleviate side effects.

The cost of a 60 minute Reiki treatment is £70. So that you are able to receive the treatment you require, appointments are available 7 days a week until 9pm.
