Twitching during massage
I sometimes find when I am massaging in my York based massage therapy practice that the person I am massaging can twitch when I massage certain areas. This can be due to tense and sensitive muscles. It may take one or more massages, but I find the twitching will respond to massage. It lessens, and then gradually stops. Not only does this lead to the client feeling physically relaxed and mobile, but it can have a remarkable effect on their emotional well
being.
