Back, Shoulder And Neck Massages
I often have clients come to my massage therapy practice in York with a bad back, saying they believe they have a bad back because they have a bad posture. At this point I often gently point out that it could be the other way around – they could have a bad posture because they have a bad back. It is difficult to sit or stand in a relaxed manner if you are in discomfort. Releasing tense muscles in the neck, shoulders and back can make a huge difference to one’s wellbeing. I have seen clients after a massage look as if they are taller because they can stand up straighter. They also look more relaxed and happier.
