I was walking on the cycle track near my massage therapy practice in York a few days ago and saw some beautiful crocuses (see picture below). Further along in my walk I started speaking to someone. As our conversation progressed she asked me what I did. I said I was a massage therapist with a practice in York. We started discussing how useful massage therapy could be for many conditions, and how relaxing it could be. She said she had been all over the world, and had tried many types of massage, but what she found was that the talent of the massage therapist was more important than the style of massage. She had found good and bad practitioners in almost every style of massage.
