Waking Up With A Bad Back
I frequently get clients at my massage therapy practice in York who tell how they woke up recently with a bad back. They often attribute it to a minor act they had engaged in the day before it occurred. I explain that it may not have been that but, instead, an accumulation of things they had done over a period of time. Each of these acts would have had an effect on their back, but they may not have noticed. Eventually, their back may well have become so vulnerable that that small act had been enough to cause them to wake up with a bad back.
